Students who do not have an undergraduate degree from a college or university are able to enroll in MAS, follow the same pathway as the Master in Divinity and receive a Bachelor’s in Theology. Our Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) is a three‑year, part-time course of study intended to prepare students for Christian ministry. Along with studies in Old and New Testament, Theology, Church History, and Biblical Languages, each student will be required to be heavily involved with a local church and mentor in order to complete the rest of the program known as the “Laboratory/Internship Curriculum” (View or download the Bachelor’s Curriculum or Master in Divinity pathway).
MAS is under the authority of a Board and is supported by the Christian Education Committee of Metro Atlanta Presbytery (PCA). We are granted permission to offer degrees from the State of Georgia’s Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission as a religious exempt non-profit institution.
MAS is fully accredited through the Association of Reformed Theological Seminaries (www.artseminaries.org).
A = Work done which exceeds what is required in the course syllabus
B = Work done which meets all the requirements in the course syllabus
C = Work not completed to that required in the course syllabus
F = Work not completed as required
We have been amazed at the men and women who have said, "Yes!" to the type of work we are doing. They have seen MAS as a special place to give of their talents and resources. We would love to give you more information about how you can become part of the movement. We need people like you to bless the seminary as we do the work we are called to do.
